About the Role:
Were hiring dynamic Business Development Executives to help drive admissions for our training programs. You’ll connect with students and working professionals, guide them through the enrollment process, and hit daily targets.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to leads via calls and follow-ups
Counsel and convert leads into admissions
Maintain data on CRM and track conversions
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Min. 6 months of sales experience (EdTech is a bonus)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Fluent in English + Marathi/Bengali/Odia/Assamese/Tamil/Telugu
