Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administration operations of the school. Your key responsibilities will include: **Academic Operations:** - Ensure availability and return of equipment for teachers' use. - Maintain and update records of curriculum instructions from the Central Office. - Conduct and monitor curriculum workshops and ensure implementation by teachers. - Monitor record-keeping of support programs. - Ensure accuracy of charts displayed during events. - Provide regular feedback on lesson plans and curriculum to the Central Office. - Obtain approvals for field trips, book changes, and new initiatives. - Coordinate social media content, circulars, and newsletters. - Implement HR policies and processes related to staff management. - Plan special events and days according to guidelines. - Organize academic calendar and curriculum delivery effectively. - Check student cases, coordinate with parents and PLC team, and monitor progress. - Plan and coordinate various events like Parent Orientation, Field Trips, Sports Day, etc. **Administration Operations:** - Coordinate with the Admission Department for new student information. - Ensure proper distribution of notebooks and textbooks. - Address and resolve any issues related to classroom facilities, cleanliness, and equipment. - Manage classroom reshuffling and locker allotments. - Maintain discipline on school premises and handle disciplinary matters. - Conduct surprise checks and audits. - Attend and coordinate Parents' Appointments and address their queries. - Record and communicate points discussed in parent meetings to teachers. - Inform parents about specific incidents, health issues, and child's progress. **Desired Qualifications:** - PG with B.Ed./CIDTT **Experience:** - Minimum 5 years of teaching experience. - 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
