Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s academic programs

2. Coordinate curriculum development and ensure alignment with national/state education standards

3. Support teachers with lesson planning, instructional strategies, and classroom management

4. Monitor student performance and implement interventions for academic improvement

5. Organize and conduct teacher training, workshops, and professional development sessions

6. Facilitate communication between administration, faculty, students, and parents

7. Maintain academic records, assessment data, and progress reports

8. Assist in scheduling classes, exams, and school events

9. Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations

10. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment across all grade levels

Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field

2.  Minimum 3–5 years of teaching or academic administration experience

3.  Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

4.  Familiarity with school curriculum frameworks and assessment tools

5.  Proficiency in educational technology and data management systems

6.  Ability to mentor and motivate teaching staff

You will be required to relocate to Mohgaon, Mandla district, Madhya Pradesh
