Job Description

Curriculum Planning & Implementation
Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum as per board guidelines, academic calendar, and learning outcomes.
Teacher Support & Academic Supervision
Guide teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, classroom management, and use of teaching aids; conduct regular academic reviews.
Assessment & Evaluation Management
Plan and monitor assessments, exams, question papers, grading systems, and ensure alignment with CBSE assessment norms.
Academic Monitoring & Student Progress
Track students academic performance, identify learning gaps, and coordinate remedial or enrichment programs.
Teacher Training & Development
Organize in-house trainings, workshops, and support teachers in CBSE-mandated professional development programs.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a link between management, teachers, students, and parents on academic matters; support smooth day-to-day academic operations.

Candidate should have excellent Communication & Leadership skills.
