Job Title:

Data & Operations Coordinator – Healthcare Training Programs

Location:

Delhi (Darya Ganj) – Nearest Metro Station: Jama Masjid

Job Type:

Full-time | 6 Days a Week (Work from Office)

Salary Range:

₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Training Programs

·        To plan & provide end-to-end support to conduct any workshop or CME guest lecture.

·        Logistics arrangements and query resolution.

🔹 Program Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate daily operations of the academy and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
  • I'd like for you to maintain accurate documentation and records of training activities, schedules, and rosters.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, events, and training sessions.
  • Communicate and follow up with trainers, program coordinators, and stakeholders.
  • Support team members with data entry, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
  • Respond to queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain trainee’s records and personnel files.

🔹 Data Management & Analysis

  • Develop and manage trainees’ databases and dashboards.
  • Collect, clean, organize, and analyse data related to training, assessments, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy and assist in providing data for research, reporting, and documentation.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Operations, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preference for candidates with a background in 

    education, health.

  • Experience:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in data management and/or administrative coordination.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in:
  • MS Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets
  • MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • SPSS
  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple datasets, deadlines, and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
