Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  outbound calls

  to prospective students and explain university programs, benefits, and admission procedures.

• Counsel and convert qualified leads

  into successful enrolments across various online education programs.
• Maintain effective

  follow-up communication

  to nurture leads and close admissions.
• Consistently achieve

  daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

  .
• Accurately maintain digital records and update the

  CRM system

  .
• Report completed tasks and learner updates to the

  authorised management team

  .
• Provide prompt, professional responses to inquiries regarding courses, fees, eligibility, and other academic concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to meet collective

  sales and enrolment goals

  .

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Education:

  Graduate (Any discipline)

• Experience:

  1–3 years in

  EdTech, academic counselling, inside sales

  , or a similar role
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work towards

  sales/enrolment targets

• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable using

  CRM tools

  and managing digital documentation
• Passionate about

  education and student success
