Job Summary: As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, playing a critical role in understanding their academic needs and offering the right learning solutions. You’ll be responsible for guiding prospective learners throughout the enrollment process and contributing to the company’s growth by achieving admissions targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions with students and parents. Understand students’ academic requirements and recommend suitable learning programs. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio. Address queries related to course content, pricing, batch timings, and other relevant details. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and support. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar sales/admissions role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently. Self-motivated and results-driven attitude. Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM tools.
