Hi All , we are hiring for career launcher in netambit location-Noida no.of requisition -10 Qualification-PG is mandatory Exp-Graduates/Post Graduates with 0 to 4 yrs of experience in sales, telesales, outbound sales, inside sales with revenue targets Excellent communication skills required salary -up to 26 kctc included (pf ,esi and insurance ) Need immediate joiners . Job Description (Responsibilities + KRAs): This document outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines to ensure productivity and professionalism while working remotely. * Making outbound phone calls (180-200 calls daily) on leads provided by Career Launcher * Working Mode – Work From NetAmbit Office (Saturday and Sunday Working, One week off on week day) * Analysing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs * Achieving sales * Adhering to processes and quality standards * Graduates/Post Graduates with 0 to 4 yrs of experience in sales, telesales, outbound sales, inside sales with revenue targets * Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English * Outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills * Poise, confidence & rapport building ability on phone communication * Ability to work under target pressure Login Timings/Work Ethics:- ● Maintain regular working hours as per the company's policy. ● Agents are required to log in to the system for min 9 Hrs and be ready to start work by 10 AM ● Late logins or early logouts may result in disciplinary action as per company policy. ● Be accessible during working hours via phone or messaging platforms. ● Minimize distractions and create a dedicated workspace. Calling Hours:- Agents are expected to make calls during the designated calling hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, Any deviation from the calling hours must be approved by the Manager. Number of Dials and Talk time: Agents are expected to make a minimum of 180 dials per day, with a minimum of 3 hours of talk time. Break Time: Agents are entitled to a 45-minute break per day, divided into two periods. Break timings should be coordinated with the team leader to ensure continuity in calling operations.
