Role Overview:


Learning Consultant

You’ll interact with candidates through phone calls, video demos, trial classes, emails, and chats. Your goal is to have meaningful conversations that help them see how our programs can boost their careers.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales process—from generating leads to closing the deal—while using CRM tools to stay organized and build a strong engagement-driven sales approach.


Requirements:

  • Have 1–5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment, with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of dialer operations and CRM management, with hands-on experience using tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms
  • Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling upskill programs is a Plus.

  • Experience in Ed tech Sales is a must

  • An undergraduate degree in any stream (Preferred: B.Tech, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
