Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:

    Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and consistent delivery service.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base to drive revenue.
  • Client Onboarding:

    Assist new clients with onboarding, technical integration, and the initial setup of A2P SMS services.
  • Traffic Monitoring:

    Monitor SMS traffic, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure high delivery rates and service quality.
  • Technical Collaboration:

    Work closely with technical teams to resolve client issues, optimize routing, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Reporting:

    Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, delivery reports, and usage analytics.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings within the A2P messaging space.
  • Contract Negotiation:

    Negotiate service agreements, renewals, and pricing with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Customer Support:

    Act as the primary point of contact with clients, providing timely and efficient query resolution.
