We’re looking for skilled experts in 4D/5D simulation software, such as Fuzor, Bexel Manager, and Bentley Synchro, to join our dynamic and growing VDC team. 4D/5D BIM Specialist Job Location: Kerala, India Qualification: Civil Engineering /equivalent with a minimum of 2 Years of experience Software Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit/Bently Synchro/Bexel Manager/Fuzor What We Offer: An exciting opportunity to work on iconic projects. A collaborative environment with cutting-edge technology Job Responsibilities: Support technology implementation services for the whole construction life cycle, including pre-contract, construction, and handover as per project requirements. Coordinating BOQ and CMS structure and development throughout the project in alignment with the requirements of the BIM projects. Prepare, update and maintain BIM 4D AND 5D simulation/reporting. Link the BIM models with the project-approved Primavera program and simulate the construction sequencing. Update the BIM model based on the actual completion of progress and simulate the planned VS actual scenario. Prepare and update the cost model throughout the project life cycle Analyse the delay and root cause and provide the critical path analysis. Quality assurance, ensuring modeling submissions comply with BIM and AutoCAD requirements, standards, and guidelines. Support BIM coordination activities in 3D/4D/5D environments. Collaborate on the preparation of BIM documentation Conduct and organize training for internal staff and clients on a needed basis.
