Job Description

We are looking for two strategic marketing experts to join dynamic teams in Bangalore and Mumbai:

Performance Marketing Manager- 18-22 LPA| 5+ Years Exp| Bangalore

Retention Marketing Manager- 12-15 LPA|3 + Years | MarTech Tools - Clevertap, MoEngage|Mumbai

Performance Marketing Manager EdTech (Bangalore)|18-22 LPA|

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute Google Ads strategy (Search, Display, YouTube/Video).
  • Manage campaign setup, optimization, and scaling to meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams on ad copy, creatives, and landing page testing (A/B & multivariate).
  • Implement tracking, analytics, and reporting for accurate attribution and KPI measurement.
  • Monitor CPL, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Quality Score; analyze performance and iterate.
  • Forecast and manage budgets, reallocating spend based on results.
  • Mentor junior marketers and collaborate across growth, product, and operations teams.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads across formats.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition metrics: ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing, budget management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in EdTech, subscription, or consumer businesses.
  • Knowledge of automation tools, programmatic display, or international markets.
  • Familiarity with other paid channels like Meta or affiliate marketing.

Retention Marketing Manager InsureTech (Mumbai)|12-15 LPA

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase retention and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and sales teams to align retention initiatives with business goals.
  • Execute targeted engagement campaigns via WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngage across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for personalized engagement.
  • Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and continuously optimize retention tactics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in retention marketing.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years in retention marketing or customer lifecycle management in B2C apps.
  • Hands-on experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngage.

Great to Have:

  • Experience in insurance or fintech domains.
  • Familiarity with tools like Appsflyer, MixPanel, or Google Analytics.
