Experience Required: 3–6 YearsLocation: JaipurType: Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the RolePinkwall Group is seeking a highly creative and execution-driven 360° Marketing Manager to lead both our offline (traditional) and online (digital) marketing initiatives. This role demands a professional who understands the Jaipur market, can drive impactful on-ground activities, and can also integrate them with digital strategies to attract large numbers of relevant buyers.We want someone who can conceptualize new marketing ideas, design audience-driven campaigns, and build Pinkwall’s brand visibility 10× faster than the typical real estate approach.This role is NOT meant for digital-only candidates, strong offline marketing and BTL experience is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOffline / Traditional Marketing (Primary Focus)• Plan and execute on-ground marketing activations, events, and audience engagement activities• Manage BTL campaigns such as kiosks, stalls, activations, RWAs, and society promotions• Coordinate print ads, flyers, hoardings, banners, outdoor branding, and local outreach• Execute market-specific promotions and partnerships with communities, RWAs, corporates, and local groups• Manage vendors, event teams, printing agencies, branding partners, and media agencies• Organise site-based events, launches, investor meets, and weekend engagement activitiesDigital + Integrated Strategy• Align offline marketing campaigns with strong digital presence• Oversee Meta and Google Ads campaigns to complement offline lead generation• Plan integrated marketing campaigns that combine awareness, engagement, and lead generation• Collaborate with designers to produce reels, creatives, videos, and digital content supporting offline effortsBrand Building• Strengthen Pinkwall’s presence across Jaipur through consistent brand messaging• Lead creative storytelling, communication tone, and visual branding• Build a strong, relatable brand identity aimed at potential plot buyersAudience Growth & Sales Alignment• Identify the right audience groups and plan campaigns to reach them offline and online• Work closely with the sales team to understand buyer profiles and create targeted outreach• Drive footfall to project sites through integrated visibility campaignsReporting & Optimization• Maintain weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance• Measure ROI for both offline & digital channels• Continuously refine strategies based on results and market responseKey Requirements• 3–6 years of professional marketing experience — offline marketing experience is mandatory• Strong understanding of BTL, on-ground activations, events, and outdoor media• Ability to create creative brand campaigns that attract large, relevant audiences• Experience with digital marketing (Meta/Google) is preferred but secondary• Prior real estate experience is a plus (FMCG, retail, hospitality, events industries also suitable)• Strong communication, vendor handling, negotiation, and leadership skills• Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced campaigns in JaipurWhy Join Pinkwall?• Opportunity to build a fast-growing real estate brand from the ground up• High creative freedom and leadership support• A role where your ideas directly influence growth and brand visibility• Work culture that values innovation, ownership, and bold executionPinkwall GroupMore than spaces, we build belongings.Apply Now: Email- hr@pinkwallgroup.comContact- 9610060808
