📅 Application Deadline: 31 May 2025 Pre-launch | Stealth-stage AI Platform Location: Kolkata/ Durgapur (On Site) ** In person 3 rounds of interview after technical screening.** Round 1 - LeetCode-style coding challenge / Visual Problem Solving Round 2 - Problem Solving & System Design / Hands-On Design + Implementation Round 3 - Behavioural Interview / Behavioural & Product Thinking Our client is seeking early team members for a stealth-stage AI venture focused on building modular, AI agents that automate real-world business tasks across industries. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to a product at the foundational level — before it launches publicly. They are currently hiring for two critical roles: 1. AI Engineer (Backend & Testing) 2. UX/UI Developer (Product Design) Each role is detailed below. Candidates will collaborate directly with the founder and core engineering team. Selected applicants will begin with a short paid pilot and transition into a longer-term engagement based on mutual fit. Role 1: AI Engineer – Backend & Testing Key Responsibilities Build and optimize FastAPI-based microservices to serve modular AI agents Design clean, testable backend architectures using Python 3.10+ Manage PostgreSQL schemas for storing user sessions, interactions, and agent data Implement unit and integration tests for backend reliability Deploy services using Docker and validate in real-time environments Collaborate on Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and inter-agent logic Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Familiarity with Docker, PostgreSQL, Pydantic, and REST APIs Understanding of software testing frameworks (pytest, unittest) Experience working with webhooks, queues, and async flows Nice to Have Exposure to RAG-based systems Hands-on with workflow tools Who You Are You think beyond models and focus on making AI usable You enjoy debugging and testing real-world scenarios You’re execution-focused but design for scale You build quietly, ship powerfully Role 2: UX/UI Developer – Product Design Key Responsibilities Design and prototype user dashboards and interfaces using Figma Translate backend agent logic into clean, intuitive UI flows Build responsive wireframes, mockups, and component libraries Collaborate with engineers for seamless frontend–backend handoff Create user-centric designs for voice-first and multi-agent environments Required Qualifications Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, or other visual design tools Basic proficiency with frontend frameworks like React or Tailwind CSS Ability to design with a system-level mindset (scalable UI) Experience working independently in an agile, early-stage product team Nice to Have Experience designing SaaS dashboards or data visualization tools Understanding of voice UX or accessibility-focused UI Comfort with APIs and developer collaboration Who You Are You turn abstract logic into clean, engaging user flows You move fast, iterate, and care deeply about clarity You enjoy the ambiguity of early product design You want to define the interface between humans and AI Timeline & Deadlines 📌 Applications close: 31 May 2025 Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 30-min screening (tech or portfolio) Selected candidates will be offered a paid 7-day pilot project Upon successful completion, a contractual or long-term role will be offered What’s in it for You Build a real AI system before public launch Collaborate in a stealth-stage environment with high autonomy Shape the foundation of a modular AI agent platform Competitive compensation (freelance to contract-to-hire model) 📩 How to Apply Please submit: Your resume GitHub/portfolio (as applicable) A brief note on why this stealth project excites you 📝 Application Form : https://forms.gle/q9iCXkabem5qxbwMA (Make sure to select the appropriate role when applying.)
