We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 to join our marketing team at Invest Advise. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably with a background in 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞. This role focuses on offline marketing strategies, including boarding, event management, seminars, company tie-ups, and campaigns to enhance our brand presence. We are looking for a candidate who is innovative, proactive, and can effectively drive brand growth across offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute brand marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement within the Real Estate sector.
• Offline Campaigns & Events: Plan, organize, and execute offline campaigns, seminars, and events to reach our target audience and build a strong brand identity.
• Outdoor Advertising: Manage and optimize boarding placements and other outdoor advertising channels to maximize brand visibility.
• Corporate Tie-ups: Initiate and manage partnerships with relevant companies to increase brand reach and create co-marketing opportunities.
• Brand Positioning & Messaging: Ensure brand positioning and messaging are consistent across all offline marketing channels, aligning with Vaswani Group’s vision and objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and projects teams to integrate marketing efforts and enhance lead generation from offline channels.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving brand strategy.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget for offline marketing activities to ensure optimal ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
