As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with leadership to provide strategic insights through in-depth financial analysis. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts to support sustainable business growth.

• 年次・四半期・月次の予算策定およびフォーキャスト作成
• Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting and forecasting processes
• 財務データの収集・分析およびレポート作成
• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports
• 財務モデリングとKPI分析による経営意思決定の支援
• Build financial models and perform KPI analysis to support decision-making
• 各部署との連携によるコスト・収益の最適化提案
• Collaborate with departments to optimize costs and revenue
• 経営層へのプレゼンテーション資料の作成
• Prepare presentation materials for executives and stakeholders
• 業務プロセスおよび分析手法の継続的改善
• Continuously improve financial processes and analytical methods

• 財務分析、FP&A、経営企画などの実務経験（5年以上）
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate planning
• 高度なExcelスキルおよび財務モデリング能力
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• データ分析ツール（Tableau, Power BI 等）の使用経験
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• 会計・財務の専門知識（CPA・簿記資格あれば尚可）
• Solid accounting and finance knowledge (CPA or bookkeeping qualification a plus)
• 論理的思考力と問題解決能力
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 日本語ビジネスレベル（英語スキルがあれば歓迎）
• Business-level Japanese (English proficiency is a plus)
• 日本国内に居住し、フルリモート勤務が可能な方
• Must reside in Japan and be able to work fully remote
