▪︎ Experience as a team lead or in a sub-management role

▪︎ プロジェクト管理や業務調整のスキル

▪︎ Strong skills in project management and coordination

▪︎ 優れたコミュニケーション・リーダーシップ能力

▪︎ Excellent communication and leadership skills

▪︎ 問題解決力と柔軟な対応力

▪︎ Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills

▪︎ 日本語ビジネスレベル（英語力あれば尚可）

▪︎ Business-level Japanese; English proficiency a plus
