We’re looking for an experienced 𝙕𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙧 – 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 to drive growth and strengthen brand leadership in the professional skincare segment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✨ Lead and grow the salon business across the South Zone through strategic partnerships and consistent revenue generation.

✨ Manage and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, BDMs, Trainers, and Promoters.

✨ Expand salon footprint across key markets and build relationships with top salon chains and distributors.

✨ Drive secondary sales, ensure product visibility, and oversee smooth operations & distribution.

✨ Collaborate with Training and Marketing teams to execute impactful salon trainings, product launches, and brand activations.

✨ Track sales performance, analyze data, and share actionable insights with the leadership team.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

✅ Graduate / MBA preferred.

✅ 8–12 years of experience in professional beauty, hair, or cosmetics sales.

✅ Strong exposure to salon or professional skincare channels.

✅ Proven leadership and team management experience at a regional or zonal level.

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

✅ Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
