ZSM (Zonal Sales Manager) – Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Target Achievement: Plan and achieve sales targets for the assigned zone. Team Management: Lead, train, and monitor Regional/Area Sales Managers and sales teams. Strategy Implementation: Execute company sales strategies at the zonal level. Market Analysis: Study market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Channel Management: Manage distributors, dealers, and key accounts in the zone. Performance Review: Track KPIs, review team performance, and take corrective actions. Forecasting & Planning: Prepare sales forecasts and annual/quarterly plans. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with major clients. Reporting: Submit sales reports and insights to senior management. Compliance: Ensure company policies and processes are followed across the zone.
