We are hiring for an Zonal Sales Manager for Ahmedabad Experience : 10 - 15 years Location: Ahmedabad (Covering: Entire Gujarat & Rajasthan) Job Description:- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Zonal Sales Manager to oversee pharmaceutical sales operations across Gujarat & Rajasthan , based out of Ahmedabad . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in field sales, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Western India. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Monitor team performance and ensure timely execution of business plans. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs). Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance productivity and skill levels. Market Development: Expand business reach in key cities and rural markets across Rajasthan and Gujarat. Identify new opportunities and ensure penetration of company products across all assigned regions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), distributors, stockists, and institutional clients. Collaborate with marketing and product teams for effective implementation of promotional strategies. Operational Excellence: Ensure effective stock and supply chain management in coordination with distribution partners. Monitor competitor activities and respond with proactive strategies. Reporting & Compliance: Submit timely sales and performance reports. Ensure team adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards. . Desired Candidate Profile: Proven experience in pharmaceutical field sales with a successful track record in managing zonal/regional teams. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of the North Indian pharmaceutical market, especially the covered cities. Willingness to travel extensively across the zone.
