Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams. Roles and Responsibility
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
Identify and nurture talent, build a cross-functional competency in the team, and groom future leaders.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives to drive portfolio growth.
Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales and relationship management teams, setting clear sales targets and driving them to achieve and exceed their goals.
Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Job
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
