Role Overview:

The Zonal Sales Head will lead the sales and business development function across the assigned zone, driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention in line with company strategy. The role involves managing regional sales teams, developing enterprise accounts, and ensuring profitability through strong execution, strategic partnerships, and operational collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth across the zone through acquisition of new clients in express logistics, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
  • Manage and mentor regional sales teams to achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Identify market potential, analyze competition, and develop regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Pricing, and Product teams to design customized logistics solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, pipeline management, and conversion ratios using CRM tools.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure adherence to company pricing and commercial policies.
  • Track zonal profitability, collections, and customer retention KPIs.
  • Represent the zone in national sales reviews and strategic planning forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/Graduate in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
  • 12–18 years of sales leadership experience in

    Express, 3PL, or Transportation logistics

  • Proven success in managing multi-location sales teams and achieving zonal revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise logistics, pricing models, and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
