Analyse gaps and potential of business activities for different Area Offices.
Monitoring implementation of actions planned and follow up for new initiatives Support NSMs on forecasting demands and coordinate with respective AO teams for planning the numbers.

1. Facilitate means planning & deployment of means.

2. Forecasting industry & retail trends inorder to achieve market share goals.

3. Track & analyse progress of the targets & means deployed.

4. Establish periodic review cadence at Zonal level.

5. Conduct periodic PDCA on target image adequecy (Target + Means)

6. Capturing & horizontal deployment of Best Practices across the zone.

7. Diagnose & generate insights on chronic non achievement areas

8. Anticipate results & initiate actions for mitigation

9. Collect & analyse periodical information on external factors (competion, growth drivers, industry, etc.)

10. Identify gaps in dealer sales processes and propose solutions do close the gaps.

11. Improving the lead time for customer complaint closures
