Key Responsibilities:
· Manage Regional Managers to meet zone sales goals.
· Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
· Monitor store performance and address challenges.
· Ensure compliance with company policies.
· Report to top management on zone progress.
Requirements:
· Proven retail management experience of minimum 5 Years.
· Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
· Ability to travel frequently.
