Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Internal Control and Quality team in Noida, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our microfinance branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility
Lead the Internal Control and Quality team for the North Zone, ensuring effective implementation of internal controls and quality processes.
Execute audits at branches and regions according to the Audit Plan drawn up by the Head Credit.
Conduct periodic investigations into process adherence across regions for microfinance branches.
Follow up on audit findings and implement corrective actions as per Operations policy, Rules & Regulations.
Gather field intelligence and customer insights from a team of quality assurance executives.
Ensure 100% quality compliance against observations highlighted by the quality team within a timebound manner.
Take disciplinary action against deviant behavior or deliberate attempts to violate processes.
Check and ensure branch-level compliances from both administrative and statutory perspectives.
Anchor monthly quality reviews at the regional level, summarizing root causes and promising follow-up analysis, while guiding the business team on overdue follow-ups.
Coordinate with the corporate office to support business functions regarding reports, TAT, grievances, and project execution.
Manage the Credit function for microenterprise loans.
Conduct market research when needed for specific purposes.

Job
CA / MBA Finance qualification with a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Possess strong knowledge of credit underwriting, scorecards, and legal requirements.
Demonstrate good understanding of technology and automation.
Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
Experience in managing teams and executing projects is necessary.
Understanding of critical attributes of legal and governance requirements is expected.
Be well-versed in understanding credit underwriting and scorecards.
A graduate degree is also acceptable for this position.
