Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for formulating and implementing Marketing and Sales strategies in the region. Your key responsibilities will include meeting franchisees, dealers, distributors, retreaders, and open market customers to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. You will also be monitoring sales performance, achieving collection targets, overseeing processes, and preparing important reports. Additionally, you will lead and manage a sales team in the allocated geographies and develop business relationships with fleet operators and end users.
