Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development:

    Drive business growth by identifying and leveraging opportunities to create and implement comprehensive plans aimed at expanding the credit card portfolio for organization and its partner.
  • Market Expansion:

    Develop and execute strategies to scale offline initiatives beyond credit cards to include Forex, gift cards, and payment solutions, positioning the company for future growth.
  • Travel and Market Engagement:

    Regularly travel to various regions to build and strengthen open market channels for offline sales, ensuring a strong presence across key areas.
  • Operational Excellence:

    Analyse current processes and recommend improvements and technological advancements to establish a robust infrastructure that supports sustainable business growth.
  • Risk and Compliance Management:

    Review and enhance operational processes within both Merchant and Bank credit card segments, identifying risks and implementing effective solutions for seamless operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Cultivate and maintain relationships with top stakeholders at organization and partner banks, exploring new business opportunities, sharing insights, and advocating for product and process enhancements that drive sales growth.
  • Sales Leadership:

    Lead internal teams in executing sales initiatives, driving performance, and achieving ambitious targets across the region.
  • Channel Optimization:

    Develop and refine new card acquisition channels through strategic partnerships with merchants, retail stores, and third-party brands to maximize market penetration.
  • Cross-Functional Integration:

    Collaborate closely with internal teams across Risk, Compliance, Operations, Collections, Audit, and Service to ensure cohesive strategies and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Regulatory Oversight:

    Conduct regular assessments and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations to mitigate risk and uphold the integrity of operations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in sales, particularly in credit cards, channel sales, or retail sales, Business development & team building.• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving substantial revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly in credit cards, Forex & payment solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including top management at organization and banks.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform strategic business decisions.
