1.1 Final Sanction of loans of all loan products of their respective zone/state.
1.2 Routine analysis and study of various credit /operations related trends in the respective zone which lead to credit decisions.
1.3 Involvement in the recruitment process of field branch credit managers team.
1.4 Branch monitoring visits to identify process gaps if any and report to the respective authorities.
1.5 Monitoring and Supervision of Credit team of the respective zone.
1.6 Complying and closing all Internal Audit findings of the respective zone.
1.7 Conducting constant Training and reviews to enhance the overall quality of the Credit team.
1.8 Participation in different forums/ meetings /training session organized for operations team for TAT optimization and better credit control.
1.9 Part of the state leadership team.
2.1 Credit Analysis: Ability to evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers by analyzing financial data, such as income, expenses, and employment.
2.2 Financial Acumen: Understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2.3 Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with banking and financial regulations, especially those related to credit.
2.4 Communication: Capability to convey complex financial information clearly to team members, borrowers, and upper management.
2.5 Decision-Making: Ability to make informed and timely decisions, especially when dealing with high-risk scenarios.
2.6 Problem-Solving: Identifying issues and coming up with effective solutions.
Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with borrowers, team members, and other stakeholders.
2.7 Data Analysis: Using data analytics tools to assess credit trends, borrower behavior, etc.
