About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Zoho Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with multiple Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and optionally Zoho Legal, along with scripting and customization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide end-to-end support for Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Projects, and Zoho Legal.

 Understand business requirements and map them to Zoho solutions efficiently.

 Develop and maintain custom workflows, functions, and integrations using Deluge scripting.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho modules.

 Collaborate with internal teams to streamline business processes through Zoho.

 Manage user roles, data migration, and third-party integrations.

 Conduct training and documentation for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

 2–3 years of proven experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects.

 Experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting for custom solutions.

 Good understanding of business processes related to CRM, finance (Books), project management, or

legal workflows.

 Ability to manage multiple Zoho apps under a unified environment.

 Knowledge of basic programming/scripting (Deluge, JavaScript, or API integrations).

 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling Zoho Legal or similar legal workflow tools.
• Familiarity with third-party app integrations using APIs (REST/JSON).
• Any Zoho certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
