Zoho Support

As an applicant for the role of Zoho Applications Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end support for Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Projects, and Zoho Legal. - Understand business requirements and efficiently map them to Zoho solutions. - Develop and maintain custom workflows, functions, and integrations using Deluge scripting. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho modules. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline business processes through Zoho. - Manage user roles, data migration, and third-party integrations. - Conduct training and documentation for internal stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess the following required skills and experience: - 2-3 years of proven experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects. - Experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting for custom solutions. - Good understanding of business processes related to CRM, finance (Books), project management, or legal workflows. - Ability to manage multiple Zoho apps under a unified environment. - Knowledge of basic programming/scripting (Deluge, JavaScript, or API integrations). - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred: - Experience in handling Zoho Legal or similar legal workflow tools. - Familiarity with third-party app integrations using APIs (REST/JSON). - Any Zoho certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
