Zoho Implementation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful deployment, customization, and support of Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and others. You will work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand business needs and design efficient, scalable solutions using Zoho's suite of tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions using Zoho applications.
• Configure, customize, and deploy Zoho apps (primarily CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, etc.).
• Develop custom functions, workflows, and automation using Zoho Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party systems (via APIs, webhooks, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, support, and IT to ensure effective system usage.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.
• Train users and create documentation on system usage and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Zoho features, capabilities, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 6months-3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or other Zoho One applications.
• Strong understanding of Zoho Deluge scripting and workflow automation.
• Experience in implementing and customizing Zoho Creator apps or other Zoho modules.
• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools like Zapier, Make, etc.
• Ability to gather requirements, create technical documentation, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications (CRM Administrator, Creator Developer, etc.).
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, or other front-end technologies.
• Knowledge of ERP, finance, or inventory modules in Zoho (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory).
• Prior experience in consulting or working with multiple clients/projects.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
