Role and responsibilities

• Zoho CRM / Creator Developer
• Work on Zoho, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho other products, Integration, REST, and SOAP APIs
• Work on a project as development team members

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech in any specialization, MCA, Or Any graduate
• 0-2 years of experience in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator
• Good Development Knowledge Zoho CRM
• Proven track record as a developer
• Certification will be added advantage
• Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Customization and Configuration:
• Customize Zoho applications based on the specific needs of the business.
• Configure modules, fields, and workflows to align with business processes.
• Integration:
• Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party tools and services.
• Develop and implement APIs to facilitate data exchange between Zoho and external systems.
• Scripting and Automation:
• Use scripting languages like Deluge (Zoho's scripting language) to automate processes and workflows.
• Develop custom functions and scripts to enhance the functionality of Zoho applications.
• Module Development:
• Create custom modules within Zoho applications to address unique business requirements.
• Design and implement new features or functionalities within Zoho applications.
• Data Migration:
• Plan and execute data migration strategies when transitioning from legacy systems to Zoho applications.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency during the migration process.
• User Training and Support:
• Provide training to end-users on how to use customized Zoho applications.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure that customized solutions meet the specified requirements and are bug-free.
• Documentation:
• Document customizations, configurations, and development processes.
• Maintain documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
