Job Summary:

ZOHO Expert


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize various ZOHO applications based on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain automation, workflows, blueprints, and custom functions in ZOHO.
  • Integrate ZOHO apps with third-party tools and platforms.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, data migration, and reporting with ZOHO.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for management and operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ZOHO products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure smooth operations.


  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a

      ZOHO Expert/Administrator/Consultant

      .
    • Strong knowledge of

      ZOHO One Suite

      (CRM, Books, People, Creator, Desk, Projects, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience with

      Deluge scripting

      and ZOHO API integrations.
    • Proficiency in creating custom workflows, automation, and dashboards.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

    Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
