Zendesk Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Zendesk Developer / Zendesk Support Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience working extensively on the Zendesk platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Zendesk Support, Zendesk Help Center, and custom application development on Zendesk. This role requires a problem-solver who can design, configure, customize, and optimize Zendesk to improve support operations and customer experience.
Experience Required
∙Minimum 5+ years of experience in Zendesk Support and Zendesk ecosystem
∙Proven experience in Zendesk Help Center customization
∙Strong hands-on experience in Zendesk App Framework (ZAF) and application development
​Key Responsibilities
∙Configure, customize, and manage Zendesk Support workflows including triggers, automations, macros, views, SLAs, and business rules.
* Customize and manage Zendesk Help Center including themes, templates, layouts, and content organization
* Design and develop custom applications using Zendesk App Framework (ZAF)
* Integrate Zendesk with third-party tools and internal systems using APIs and webhooks
* Build and maintain custom scripts and extensions using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
* Optimize workflows and improve agent efficiency through automation and configuration* Troubleshoot Zendesk issues and provide advanced technical support* Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and custom apps* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into solutions* Support Zendesk upgrades, enhancements, and platform changesRequired Skills & Qualifications
