YouTube Specialist

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist – YouTube to build and manage relationships with YouTube creators, develop collaboration strategies, and execute influencer campaigns that drive brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant YouTube influencers aligned with our brand audience.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and deliverables.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns for our brands.
• Coordinate with influencers for video concepts, briefs, and timelines.
• Track campaign performance (views, engagement, conversions) and report results.
• Maintain an updated database of influencers and campaign records.
• Stay updated on YouTube trends, influencer marketing best practices, and competitor activities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics and campaign tracking tools.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of brand storytelling.
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or e-commerce industry is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
