We create inspiring, practical, and high-impact content across digital platforms and we are looking for a YouTube Specialist to amplify our reach. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the official YouTube channel. Plan, execute, and optimize video content strategies to drive engagement, retention, and channel growth. Coordinate with content creators, editors, and designers for timely video production. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in titles, descriptions, and tags. Analyze channel and video performance using YouTube Analytics and generate performance reports. Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and competitor channels to keep BD s channel competitive and relevant. Manage video uploads, playlists, thumbnails, and community interactions. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate YouTube content with broader campaigns. Requirements: 1 3 years of experience managing YouTube channels (personal or professional). Strong understanding of YouTube s algorithm, SEO, monetization policies, and content best practices. Proficiency in tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Canva, and basic video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut). Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to draw insights and take action. Creative thinker with a passion for content and audience engagement. Preferred Qualities: Past experience in self-development, career coaching, or edtech niche channels. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content calendars.
