YouTube SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize YouTube videos for search visibility using SEO best practices
• Conduct keyword research specific to

  Mumbai real estate topics and trends

• Write compelling video titles, descriptions, and tags
• Work with video editors and content creators to ensure SEO guidelines are followed
• Monitor performance metrics like CTR, impressions, views, watch time, and rankings
• Suggest and implement improvements for video thumbnails and metadata
• Create playlists and ensure channel organization supports discoverability
• Analyze competitor channels in the Mumbai real estate domain
• Collaborate with the social media and sales team to align video strategy with business goals

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  YouTube SEO

  and analytics tools (YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.)
• Understanding of

  real estate trends in Mumbai

• Ability to identify high-performing content topics for lead generation

• Familiarity with basic video formats and editing (added advantage)

• Excellent written communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in YouTube SEO or digital content marketing
• Prior experience in real estate or related industry is a plus
