Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Manager at VedPrep Chem Academy, located in Noida. The YouTube Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the academy's YouTube channel. Daily tasks include video content creation, editing, uploading, and scheduling videos, developing video content strategies, engaging with the audience through comments and community posts, and analyzing channel performance to drive growth. The role also includes collaborating with the teaching and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with educational goals and brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Video Content Creation, Video Editing, and Knowledge of YouTube Platform
• Experience in developing video content strategies and scheduling
• Audience Engagement and Community Management skills
• Analytical skills for performance metrics and growth strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of competitive examinations and educational content is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
