Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate YouTube Manager to drive growth, engagement, and visibility for our education-focused channels. You’ll build strategy, optimize content, analyze metrics, and collaborate tightly with the content & video teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and optimize YouTube content
Grow subscribers, views, watch time metrics
Use analytics & tools (YouTube Studio, VidIQ, etc.) to derive insights
Stay updated on YouTube trends & algorithm changes
Collaborate with content creators, editors, and educators

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years managing YouTube channels (brand or edtech is a plus)
Strong YouTube SEO & analytics expertise
Creative, data-driven, well organized
Ability to work full-time in Noida office (Mon–Sat)
