YouTube Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our YouTube and Instagram Reels presence
• Identify and leverage trending audio, formats, and styles
• Create engaging content around UPSC topics with a fun, creative twist
• Optimize video titles, thumbnails, hooks, hashtags, and descriptions for maximum reach
• Collaborate with video editors and educators to bring ideas to life

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of YouTube, Reels, and social media trends
• Experience creating or managing engaging short-form content
• Ability to make complex topics engaging and easy to consume
• Knowledge of audience retention, click-through rate, and viral growth strategies
• Must have your own laptop
• A portfolio or examples of your work are highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
