Software Developer

Sarrthi IAS is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will work across the full development stack—from backend services to deployment—in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
• Work across the full stack, from UI development to backend services and cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer
• Strong knowledge of Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with AWS, Firebase, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in the EdTech domain is a plus
• Bonus: Knowledge of Python
