1. Manage the end-to-end YouTube upload process, including metadata, tags, thumbnails,
playlists, and publishing schedules.
2. Optimize video SEO — research and implement the best-performing keywords, titles, and
descriptions to boost visibility and reach.
3. Track and analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, CTR, audience retention) and
share actionable insights with the marketing team.
4. Coordinate with the creative team for video edits, thumbnails, and content planning.
5. Be actively present during shoots to ensure smooth coordination between production teams
and on-screen talent.
6. Conduct quality checks on all videos before publishing to ensure accuracy, brand consistency,
and adherence to content guidelines.
7. Collaborate with freelancers and influencers for video creation, editing, and content
amplification.
8. Assist in amplifying YouTube videos across platforms to drive more traffic and engagement.
9. Monitor and verify leads generated from YouTube, ensuring proper tracking, tagging, and
reporting to the Team.
