Job Overview:

The YouTube Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s YouTube channel(s). This includes developing video strategies, optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement, analyzing performance data, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual and audio materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and upload content on YouTube regularly.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for better visibility and SEO.
• Monitor analytics to track audience growth, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop new video concepts and campaigns.
• Manage comments, engage with the audience, and maintain community guidelines.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and influencers for content creation.
• Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
• Create reports on performance metrics and provide improvement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing YouTube channels or similar digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of video editing and production tools (basic to intermediate).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing and audience growth strategies.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborations.
