. The position is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Workshop In-charge will manage daily workshop activities, supervise technicians, ensure timely vehicle delivery, and maintain high standards of service operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, team leadership, and a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day workshop operations and assign repair/service jobs.
• Monitor technician performance and ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturer and company service standards.
• Coordinate with parts, customer relations, and service advisors for smooth operations.
• Implement safety and quality control measures in all workshop processes.
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile service management or workshop supervision.
• Experience in 4-wheeler service operations will be an added advantage.

• Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems and service operations.
