Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, coordinating new hire orientations, handling employee relations, managing payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role also includes performance management, training and development, and supporting various HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
