Workshop Coordinator

As a Workshop Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of CARS. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including analyzing data, communicating effectively with technicians and workshop staff, finding solutions for technical issues, and setting priorities for the workshop staff. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of CARS. - Ability to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate data for program development and analysis. - Maintain workshop and tools clean and tidy at the end of each day. - Communicate effectively with technicians, workshop staff, service advisors, and other engineers. - Find solutions for critical technical issues with CARS. - Formulate plans, procedures, and controls in the workshop area. - Set priorities and assign work to workshop staff. - Organize and coordinate the work of others. Qualifications: - Diploma in Auto/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (2 or 3 years). - ITI, NCVT, 12th science, or commerce pass. Experience: - At least 5 to 10 years of experience as a workshop coordinator. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer monthly or quarterly increments based on work performance.
