About the Job

SkyBlue is hiring a Workshop Coordinator to design, organize, and manage creative workshops at our Experience Store. This role will bridge artists, customers, and our community, making creativity accessible and engaging for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute creative workshops regularly
• Collaborate with invited experts, artists, and the SkyBlue team
• Engage participants and create inspiring learning environments
• Manage communication with participants pre- and post-workshop
• Handle logistics, materials setup, and maintain attendance/feedback records

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate from NID/NIFT/CEPT or other design institutes
• 2–3 years of experience in workshops/events/community engagement
• Strong creative exposure and passion for art and design
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage logistics efficiently
