Workshop Coordinator

As a Workshop Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and repair of CARS. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating knowledge of standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment used in car maintenance and repair. - Utilizing management tools such as methods development, cost analysis, procedural manuals, and training materials for program evaluation. - Applying techniques for reconditioning, replacing, diagnosing, adjusting, and altering cars. - Analyzing and evaluating various data to support program development and analysis. - Keeping the workshop and tools clean and tidy at the end of each day. - Maintaining records, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with technicians, workshop staff, service advisors, and other engineers. - Finding solutions for critical technical issues with cars. - Formulating plans, procedures, and controls within the program or service area. - Assessing operations from a management control perspective and interpreting relevant laws, rules, and regulations. - Organizing, evaluating, and presenting information efficiently. - Setting priorities and assigning work to workshop staff, as well as organizing and coordinating their tasks. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess: - Diploma in Auto/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (2 or 3 years). - ITI, NCVT, or 12th science/commerce pass. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in workshop coordination.
