Role & responsibilities Workmen Mobilization - Responsible for fulfilling the workmen requirement for construction projects in different locations across India Managing the labour contractors / workmen suppliers Ensure workmen grievance resolution Labour welfare and compliance Keep Management updated on the status of requirement and fullfillment Preferred candidate profile Should have thorough understanding of Labour laws applicable in different states. Should have very good database and network of labour & manpower suppliers and contractors Prior experience of working in eastern region (West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand etc) will be added advantage Should be able to travel frequently knowledge of excel and powerpoint is essential
