Job Title

Working Capital Relationship Manager - Surety bonds - 4 positions

Locations: New Delhi - NCR, Bengaluru and Hyderabad

Essential

Key Responsibility:

Identify and onboard corporate clients such as contractors, EPC companies, infrastructure developers, and large enterprises requiring Surety Bonds.
Promote Surety Bonds as an alternative to Bank Guarantees by understanding client financial requirements and project obligations.
Evaluate client documentation (financial statements, project details, tender conditions) and prepare submissions for insurer underwriting.
Coordinate with insurers for term sheets, pricing, credit approvals, and issuance of bonds.
Manage complete documentation and compliance for bond placement.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely renewal or issuance of additional bonds.
Achieve sales and revenue targets through premium placement.
Collaborate with internal underwriting, operations, and finance teams to support seamless execution.

Work Experience: -

- Those with Banking / Infrastructure Financing/ Surety Insurance Sales background are preferred.

- Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.

- Domain knowledge preferred
